Building is centered on implementing the designs developed in the Design stage. Depending on the team’s selected methodology, this stage can include multiple time-boxed sprints or phases, with individual data or BI solutions designed.
A number of roles can be involved in the Build stage, depending on the solutions needed (data acquisition and/or business intelligence/data visualization, etc). Whatever the solution, Building is where the product vision is turned into client deliverables.
