Description
List of students who were admitted/accepted for a term but did not register. This report is limited by student level and college. It is also grouped by college and sorted by name. UIN sub-totals are included for each college.

Data Rules to understand when using this report:
- This report will pull all students who have an admit/accept decision AND did NOT register within the same term. If a student registered in a later term, they will still be included in your report.
- The Application latest decisions used to determine an Admit/Accept student are 00,22,46,47,50,51,54,55,58,97,U3,U6,U7,U8,U9.
- This report includes a universe join, combining data from both the Current Applicant and Registration Limited universes and may incur longer run times (approximately 8-12 minutes).
- NOTE: Graduate College must have Campus Wide access (100, 200, or 400) to run this report because applicants apply to the ADMINISTRATIVE College but are registered in an ACADEMIC College. Contact DSUserSupportSpecialist@uillinois.edu if you have any questions.
- When creating lists of students you must ALWAYS include the Person Confidentiality Indicator for FERPA restrictions. Consult your campus OAR office for FERPA policy and guidelines.
