The following resources are available for IT and University Training requirements. 

Resources for the Protection of Minors policy and Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act (ANCRA)

The Decision Support team in AITS provides training on topics related to the Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and related tools (including Business Objects, OLAP Cubes, and Solution Library reports). We offer a variety of support and training options, from on-line demos and webcasts, to hands-on personal assistance.

Ethics training is required for all University Employees.  Training course is open during the month of October each year.

Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) is required for anyone requiring access to data about students.  FERPA training is offered on each campus.

The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Initiative in the CIO's Office offers training for University employees who wish to learn more about Business Process Improvement concepts for their unit.

The Project Management Office (PMO) in the CIO's Office offers training on Project Management concepts on each campus.

The Office of Business and Financial Services (OBFS) offers training on the Financial processes at the University of Illinois. 

Lynda.com is a training service contracted by the University of Illinois.  Lynda training is free training offered to all University employees.  You can access courses with your University credentials.
