The AITS recognition program is designed to recognize and reward employee behavior that demonstrates AITS's values and helps grow a culture of excellence. The recognition program also seeks to support the organization's recruitment and retention priority by recognizing outstanding employee contribution and long term dedicated service.
All AITS and CIO status employees in good standing are eligible to be recognized.
Formal recognition focuses on providing awards for significant achievements.
The Excellence Awards recognize individuals who demonstrate an attitude of excellence through behaviors supporting and modeling AITS’s mission, vision, values, and/or strategic directions – the foundation of the organization’s ability to deliver on our promises to customers.
