Subject: Production Oracle databases downtime - oraprod server moving to new hardware
Of Interest to: Users of Production Oracle databases hosted on oraprod server
What/When: On Sunday, November 15 , between 6 AM to 12 PM - All Production Oracle application databases hosted on oraprod server will be unavailable while the server is upgraded to new hardware.
Impact: Users will not be able to access AITS applications - Enterprise Application Service (EAS) and UI Integrate / Banner System WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE. Some of the applications that WILL BE UNAVAILABLE include - HRFE, Production batch jobs running through Appworx, HRIS applications including Nessie, Newhire and Positive Time Reporting, Darsweb, FCPWeb, Clarity, RISC databases and uPortal Applications.
Why: To upgrade to new hardware

Subject: Brief Email Outage for UA Email users utilizing AITS hosted mail services in Chicago
Of Interest to: Users of UA Email hosted on adminmail5 and adminmail6.
What/When: Email will be unavailable for a brief period between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.on Sunday morning, November 8.
Impact: Users will not be able to access their Email during the server maintenance.
Why: To expand server storage capacity.
