Alert Description: The oraprod production server will be migrated to new hardware between 6:00 AM and 12 PM today.
Area(s) of Impact: Users will not be able to access AITS applications - Some of the applications that will be unavailable include - HRFE, Production batch jobs running through Appworx, HRIS applications including Nessie, Newhire and Positive Time Reporting, Darsweb, FCPWeb, Clarity, RISC databases and uPortal Applications.

Alert:Databases on the oradev non-production server will be unavailable while it is migrated to new hardware. SECOND UPDATE: This event is expected to run past 9:00 PM

Alert Description: The oradev non-production server will be migrated to new hardware between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM today. SECOND UPDATE: Due to continuing issues, services are not expected to be restored by 9:00 PM, at this time we are not able to predict when services will be restored. Updates will be posted to this page as they become available. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Area(s) of Impact: All non-production databases hosted on oradev will be unavailable. This will impact non-production testing and development work for applications such as AppWorx, Change Control, DARS, EAS, FAMIS, Clarity, FCPWeb, HRIS applications and DS Reporting.

Alert: Notice of delayed delivery of external Email messages to UA Email users.

Alert Description: Inbound delivery of Email messages from external senders, including Email sent from the Internet, from campus groups, or from outside of Microsoft Exchange, was temporarily delayed between 2:50 PM and 5:20 PM today. The issue which was caused by an outage of the Unsolicited Email filter has been resolved and is being monitored by AITS for any additional performance problems.
Area(s) of Impact: The delivery of external messages to UA Email users was temporarily delayed.

Alert: Intermittent outages for AITS Chicago RRB Administrative Network

Alert Description: Maintenance is being performed on AITS Chicago RRB Administrative Network tentatively between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM today. The start time of the event is dependent on the conclusion of certain batch processes, but we currently expect the event to start between 7:30 and 8 PM and last for approximately 30 minutes
Area(s) of Impact: There will be brief and intermittent network outages for Chicago RRB AN. Minimal user impact is expected.
