Subject: UI-Integrate/ Banner System - Financial Aid Upgrade
Of Interest to: Users of UI-Integrate Banner system and ALL related administrative applications.
What/When: The UI-Integrate/ Banner system will be unavailable on Sunday Nov 22, 2009 between 6 AM and 12 Noon
Impact: Banner and ALL related administrative applications will be unavailable during the upgrade. This includes: BANNER forms, BANNER Workflow, Web Self-Service applications (Web for Recruiting, Web for Admissions, Web for Students, Web for Faculty, Web for Finance, and Web for Employees), Ad Astra, ANYDOCS/Axiom, BXS(BDMS), CAS, Darwin, Codebook, NelNet, NESSIE and Nessie New Hire, DART, PANDA, NEWT, Positive Time Reporting Application, FAMIS interface to Banner, HR Front End, P-Card, Sale Point, IBUY, and all AITS supported web applications including all applications using the messaging infrastructure touching the production Banner database. CORRECTION: REPTPROD database will be up but not accessible via EAS during this outage.
Why: To upgrade the Financial Aid module of Banner to version 8.5.2

What/When: The UI Messaging production database will be unavailable on Sunday Nov 22, 2009 between 6 AM and 12 Noon
Impact: EAS will not be available to login to Banner or ALL related administrative applications ( see outage message above)
Why: To move the Messaging database to another server
